Mustard Seed Grant—Disseminating the Revelation in Chile, Italy, and Malta

In the early 1970s a Urantia Book reader told me a story. She was walking down a library aisle when a Urantia Book dropped off an upper shelf and landed right in front of her! She became a lifelong reader and teacher of the revelation. That story has been my inspiration to place copies of The Urantia Book in as many libraries on Planet 606 as I can. I believe that if we just get the book out there, we can leave the rest to our unseen friends and the Spirit of Truth.
I have been privileged to meet some of the people who found one of those “Library Placement” books. One book placed in a library on the Spanish island of Tenerife found its way to Hara Davis, who went on to produce many Urantia Book study guides. Another copy left at Findhorn in the north of Scotland in 1973 was found by someone who later started a study group in England. I had the fortune of meeting him years later at a European conference where we put two and two together. I have no doubt there are countless other souls quietly enriched by books donated to libraries in corners of the world I may never know.
More recently the Mustard Seed Grants Program (MSGP) has supported my efforts to place books in libraries in Hawaii and Chile (2023), and in Ireland (2025). My husband, Matt, and I have just completed our third project of placing 30 Urantia Books. The recipients were nine libraries on the island of Chiloe, located off mainland Chile, and another in the large city of Osorno, which is north of our second home. Mark Wood helped by placing 10 more books in libraries on the islands of Malta, his home country. The final 10 are being placed in Italy.
It has been a pleasure working with Urantia Foundation and friends both seen and unseen to help spread the fifth epochal revelation to this “strife-torn world.”
