To fill the position made vacant by the resignation of James C. Mills, the remaining Trustees elected Mr. Arthur C. Born of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, to the Board last August. Art has been a member of URANTIA Brotherhood almost since its inception, was elected to a Brotherhood Committee in 1962, and in 1967 became a member of the General Council. Art also serves on the Executive Committee of URANTIA Brotherhood.

In September, the Trustees welcomed back former President and Trustee, Mr. William M. Hales, to active status as a Trustee to fill the position vacated by Mr. Kenton E. Stephens. In the last few years, Bill had continued to attend meetings and counsel the Board in his position as Trustee Emeritus.

You will all be pleased to know that both Jim and Kenton have continued to be active in the affairs of the movement. Both have readily assisted the Foundation whenever the opportunity has arisen.
