Coined words in The Urantia Book suggest etymological roots. Because these terms are defined within the four corners of the text, a basic understanding of the teachings does not require etymological analysis. But a replete understanding depends on following these clues. Etymological consideration helps us appreciate how our cultural evolution was integrated into the revelation. The fifth epochal revelation requires learning how the English language evolved from Greek and Latin. Coined words cannot be translated or even transliterated into another language without losing their infusion of etymological significance. As such, they are an intellectually rich reminder that the English language is being promoted as the destiny of the Andonic tongue.
