Question: The Trustees are slow and unresponsive. We want to see some action!

Answer: The Trustees have for some time been aware of the need to upgrade our office operations. Commencing two years ago, the Trustees undertook a program to attract better staff, to upgrade the office surroundings, and to provide up-to-date equipment. It is a top priority to communicate with our readers in a more timely fashion. We have made considerable progress towards these ends, and we have done so at a reasonable cost and with the generous help of a number of interested donors. We anticipate continued improvement in all areas of our operation.
