For those of you not familiar with the litigation involving Kristen Maaherra (originally of Tucson, Arizona, but now of Boulder, Colorado) for copyright infringement, or who would like to review your understanding of the matter, we are enclosing a copy of our letter dated April 2, 1991. While this was initially sent to individuals reported to have had contact with the infringement, we are providing it here for your information. We have not enclosed a copy of the court order mentioned in the letter, but copies are available upon request.
